Because all of our products are handmade in small batches, all sales are final on opened items. Please review our full policy below so you know what to expect.
Unopened Items
Unopened, unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Please contact us at support@ayalacreations.com to initiate a return.
Opened Items
Due to the personal-care nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. If you have any concerns about a product, please reach out to us and we'll do our best to help.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
